The building itself is impressive: an oval structure with calligraphic Arabic inscriptions reflecting quotes from Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum about the future. Despite Dubai being considered one of the most liberal cities in the region, modesty in clothing is still valued. For men, this means avoiding sleeveless shirts and short shorts in public places. Women are recommended to wear clothing that covers the shoulders and knees. In beach areas and hotels, the requirements are less strict, and swimwear and beachwear are allowed. I always carried a light long-sleeved shirt or scarf with me to cover up if necessary, especially when visiting religious or cultural sites.

To purchase a yacht, the following documents must be prepared: Purchase and sale agreement: Confirms the transfer of ownership from the seller to the buyer. Registration documents: Confirm the registration of the yacht in the relevant maritime register. Seaworthiness Certificate: Confirms that the yacht has passed all necessary checks and meets safety standards. Insurance policy: Provides insurance coverage for the yacht in case of various incidents. Documents of origin: Confirm that the yacht has no debts and does not participate in court proceedings.
