What is a yacht?

There are many organizations in Dubai that welcome volunteers. I participated in a beach cleaning program organized by a local environmental group. It was a great way to contribute to the community and meet like-minded individuals. Global Village is a unique cultural and entertainment complex that I would describe as a world fair under the open sky. Located on a vast area, it is divided into pavilions representing different countries and regions of the world. Walking through Global Village, I felt like a traveler crossing borders without visas and passports. Each pavilion offers authentic products, dishes of national cuisine, and entertainment programs. I tasted Turkish sweets, bought Indian spices, and enjoyed African dances. Evening shows, fireworks, and attractions make this place perfect for family recreation.

The coastal waters of Dubai are rich in marine life. While diving and snorkeling, I saw colorful fish, stingrays, and even sea turtles. In some areas, you can encounter dugongs - rare marine mammals resembling manatees. Dolphins often appear in open sea, and there are tours for their observation. It is important to respect nature and not disturb the animals. Aquariums, such as Dubai Aquarium & Underwater Zoo, allow you to get acquainted with marine fauna in a safe environment.

The cockpit is the place on the yacht where all the magic happens. Here you control the ship, enjoy the sun and discuss with friends which of you will be the first in line for a cocktail. This is the ship's control area, where one or two steering wheels, a navigation system, winches for controlling sails and other equipment are located. The yacht's skipper spends most of his time here. The cockpit also applies to the entire interior of the yacht, unless it is divided into cabins, a gallery and other rooms. If you suddenly hear the phrase “everyone to the cockpit!”, this is just an invitation to have fun.
