I visited Jebel Ali Free Zone (JAFZA), an economic zone that attracts thousands of international companies due to its favorable tax conditions and simplified business procedures. Dubai Airport also plays a key role, being one of the main transit hubs for cargo and passenger transportation. The city is actively investing in infrastructure and technology, striving to simplify logistics and trading operations. Walking through the Dubai International Financial Centre (DIFC), I felt the dynamism of the financial sector, which supports trade relations with over 200 countries.

Interestingly, despite popular belief, oil only accounts for a small portion of Dubai's economy - around 1%. The main industries are trade, real estate, tourism, and financial services. In the 1960s, the discovery of oilfields spurred the development of infrastructure, but Dubai's rulers wisely invested in diversifying the economy. Today, the city is a major transportation hub, with one of the busiest airports in the world and the largest port in the region. I was impressed by how rapidly Dubai transformed from a small trading port into a global city.

Dubai Shopping Festival (DSF) is an annual shopping festival in Dubai with huge discounts, entertainment and a festive atmosphere. It usually runs from the end of December to the end of January, the exact dates change every year.

Visa requirements for visiting Dubai depend on the nationality of the visitor. Citizens of many countries can obtain a visa upon arrival at Dubai Airport. For citizens of the CIS countries and other countries, preliminary visas may be required, which can be issued through tour operators or online on the website of the Emirati authorities.

Dubai is a place where dreams come true, especially when it comes to amusement parks. IMG Worlds of Adventure is the world's largest indoor theme park, which boasts areas dedicated to Marvel and Cartoon Network. I remember how my heart stopped on the Velociraptor roller coaster, which accelerates you to 100 km/h in 2.5 seconds, and the landscapes of the prehistoric world stretch around. Dubai Parks and Resorts is a whole complex including Motiongate Dubai, where I felt the magic of Hollywood while walking through the themed areas dedicated to DreamWorks, Columbia Pictures and Lionsgate. For families with children, Legoland Dubai and Legoland Water Park offer a variety of interactive entertainment using the famous LEGO bricks. And if you want something truly futuristic, visit the "VR Park" in Dubai Mall, where virtual reality takes you to incredible worlds.

Environmental regulations applicable to yachts include: Waste disposal: It is forbidden to dump garbage and sewage into the sea. Yachts must be equipped with waste collection and disposal systems. Emission reduction: Engine emission requirements, including the use of catalysts and filters.
