I attended a concert of my favorite band and appreciated the high level of organization and technology.

Catamarans Catamarans, due to their stability and spaciousness, are also suitable for ocean crossings. They provide a large living area and comfort in swimming.    - Examples: Lagoon 620, Fountaine Pajot Alegria 67, Catana 53. Trimarans Trimarans, like catamarans, have high stability and speed, which makes them suitable for crossing oceans.    - Examples: Neel 51, Dragonfly 40, Corsair 37. Key features of ocean yachts: Robust housing: Materials such as steel, aluminum or carbon fiber provide high strength and reliability. Autonomy: Large fuel tanks, water desalination systems and sufficient provisions for a long voyage. Navigation equipment: Modern navigation and satellite communication systems for safe and accurate navigation. Comfort: Providing comfortable conditions for the crew for a long time, including heating, air conditioning and entertainment systems. Choosing a yacht for ocean travel depends on the planned routes, budget and personal preferences, but the main thing is safety, reliability and the ability to withstand the harsh conditions of the open sea.

Approximate prices: • Small motorboat (up to 6 passengers) per hour: from 500 AED (about 135 USD) • Medium motor yacht (up to 10 passengers) for 3 hours: from 2000 AED (about 545 USD) • Luxury yacht (more than 10 passengers) per day: from 10,000 AED (about 2725 USD) The cost of renting a yacht in Dubai can greatly depend on many factors. Here are the main ones: • Yacht size and type: Small motorboats are cheaper than large luxury yachts or catamarans. • Rental duration: The longer the rental period, the higher the total cost. Renting for an hour or several hours will be significantly cheaper than for a day or several days. • Season: In October-April, yacht rental prices are usually higher than out of season (May-September). • Additional services: Captain and crew, catering (food and drinks), entertainment (water skiing, wakeboarding, fishing, etc.) increase the rental price. • The lessor company: prices may vary from company to company. The Burj Al Arab is a luxurious hotel shaped like a sail, standing on an artificial island. I couldn't miss the opportunity to have a cup of tea there while enjoying the sea views. The Emirates Towers are two elegant skyscrapers reflecting sunlight and symbolizing the city's business prowess. The Cayan Tower, also known as the "twisted tower," rotates 90 degrees from base to top, creating a stunning visual effect. Walking along Dubai Marina, I was amazed by the architectural diversity and boldness of the design solutions.

The yacht can be stored in several places during the off-season: Marinas: Marinas provide secure places for storing yachts on the water or on land. They often offer maintenance services. Covered parking: Provides protection of the yacht from weather conditions and includes care and maintenance services. Open parking lots on land: A more budget option, in which the yacht is stored on a special site with minimal protection from weather conditions. Private Berths: If you have your own berth or storage space, this can be a convenient and economical option.

To confirm the rental of the yacht, it is necessary to make a deposit - 50% of the cost of renting a yacht and pay for the full cost of all additional services.

Here I met artists from all over the world, discussing art over a cup of strong Arabic coffee.

Dubai's nightlife offers a variety of options for entertainment. I visited the Dubai Fountain — a musical fountain at the base of the Burj Khalifa, where the light and water show creates a captivating spectacle. City Walk and La Mer are popular areas with restaurants, cafes, and shops, perfect for evening strolls. Club enthusiasts can visit Zero Gravity or WHITE Dubai, where world-renowned DJs and artists perform. For a more cultural experience, the Dubai Opera offers shows, concerts, and musicals. Night markets and festivals, especially during the season, add vibrancy and allow you to immerse yourself in the local culture.

When choosing a yachting school, several factors should be taken into account: Accreditation: Make sure that the school is accredited by recognized organizations such as the RYA or ASA. Training program: Check that the program includes theoretical and practical classes, as well as certification upon completion. Instructor Experience: Learn about the qualifications and experience of instructors. Reviews: Read reviews and recommendations from graduates of the school. Location: Choose a school that is conveniently located for you, or consider accommodation options for the duration of your studies.
